Duplicate Delete and backspace text above quote, also deletes quote box

• Enter a line of text
• Insert quote immediately below
• Highlight first line and delete
• There is still a cursor blinking on an empty line above the quote.
• Press forward delete to remove that and bring the quote to the first line
• The quote box disappears leaving just the text
