XF 1.4 Default engine types?

Is there anyway I can find the default engine for table as intended by XenForo?

It seems one of the hosts I tired converted all of them to MyISAM for "easier backup" purposes.

I suggest installing a test Forum on your server and compare the test forum with your live forum. Use phpMyAdmin to put back the storage engine for the tables that were changed by your host. Note some of the tables use MyISAM by default.
