Default configuration settings are set inconsistently

When configuring an import, configuration values are being set inconsistently.

For vBulletin for example all values are set in template xfi_import_config_vbulletin from the variables passed to the template, but other imports are missing some values:

MyBB

• Password
• Database Name
• Uploads path

IPS

• IPS Path

SMF

• Password
• Database Name

phpBB

• Host (this is not set as the parameter is named host while it should be arg-host)
• Password
• Database Name
• Avatar Path
• Attachments Path

It would be nice if this was done consistently, eg. all values should be set for all importers.
