XF 2.2 Debug Enable for xf2.2.1

I am trying to edit Online status timeout but the edit option is not showing although I add the following line to Config.php file
$config['debug'] = true;
Any Idea?

Hello, I don't have the debug mode enabled, but I have the option :

https://your-site.com/admin.php?options/groups/users/#onlineStatusTimeout

By edit you mean, development or just change the value ?

in xf2.0.x enabling Debug in config.php would show an edit option as shown in the attachment but it isn't in xf2.2.1. I wonder if its a bug or not
