OVH is not protected against Layer7 attacks bro ... all people complain about this and i was on ovh the first time i open a forum and it was crappy ..

I am on OVH too and my forum and servers are sometimes attacked and I just contacted OVH and they found the best solution for me

That is just a mis-configuration.

I'm with OVH since 2013.

Try using a reverse proxy in front of your server. You could use NGINX on a low cost digitalocean node (server)
