Create a free CloudFlare account and activate the under-attack mode.
Ask your host to change IP too.

You forget to mention email header spoofer to hide IP originate, I recommend Amazon S3 email service

IIRC, Zoho doesn't allow you to send automated emails. But its been a while since I looked. Probably worth looking into, if you are using them though.

yes i send my new user confirmation emails using them.
you can use the free level like i do.
but you cannot log in from a program to check mail.
you have to use the web interface.
so you cannot use it for your bounced unless you are paying them.

for some mailproviders you can use the API so it doesnt have your ServerIP in Header. Would be needed a Plugin then for Xenforo to use it i guess but its also a solution.
