If you are referring to the user Betty52 on the post you linked to, those dates in the post appear to be generated by the user themself.
She/He even infers that in the statement of

Please forgive me for putting the wrong date yesterday.

when referencing November date in a prior post that was posted on February 25, 2022.

That's always there on the styles. It's the timestamp of the post. As the post ages it drops the time and just leaves the date.

You can remove that with template edits or CSS if you so desire.
