Date format in MySQL tables

    I'm trying to decipher a date in a MySQL table.

    I believe this example 1309281031 equals Jun 28, 2011

    I just don't know how to reach it.

    Or if you are working with the database then you can query it. For example:

    SELECT FROM_UNIXTIME(register_date)
    FROM xf_user;
    You will get results like this:
