When I updated your addon members can see widget promote button on their own threads and they can promote their widgets. They don't have permission for that but they can do this. They shouldn't see that button.

Have you selected the correct user groups that you want to allow promoting their own threads?



As the above example, only moderators can promote their own threads to this widget. And let's not forget those who have permission to promote any threads to promotable widgets / all widgets

Umm, should I? I think it should be blocked when "Promote any thread to widget == Never" is added to the required user groups without having to select a user group here. I still selected the user group feature you mentioned, I hope it will be fixed. I am grateful for your feedback.

Edit: It still happens. There should a mistake in this add-on. You want to investigate? I have to make it admin only.
