I'm looking for exactly for this add-on.

Can I customize the tag?
I would like to still display [SPOILER] to everyone but I would like to create a BB Code [PREMIUM] which will only display content to users who are in a specific usergroup. Is it possible to achieve this with the add-on?

Yes, I know but unfortunately I want to display spoilers to all other normal users too. I just want to have the normal spoiler and the 'premium'-spoiler

Is it possible to expand this into a new BB tag such as [HIDE]?

I'm looking to wrap a regular post in a [HIDE] tag that just says you must be logged in to view the content.

This is so that Google can't see things they ought not to see with their crawler.

No, this does not work for the inline spoiler.
