Customer Area Download: Firefox Windows Download Popup always on front

I download XenForo on my Windows (both 8 and 8.1) Firefox (latest release) at the Customer Area. Since at least a year the download window pups up ("do you only want to download the update, and do you agree to the terms?"), and when I agree to both and click on the download button, xenforo downloads, but the popup is still in place.

Not related to the software, but I do not know where to report it and it's difficult nowadays to find a bug in the software anyway so I report it here.

I believe it has been reported previously and it is as designed.
