XF 2.1 Custom user field title - where did it go?

I'm feeling slow and need someone to point me in the right direction.

Where is the custom user field title stored? I've looked in the obvious place:

• xf_user_field

And after searching numerous other places I'm baffled and thinking I must be overlooking something obvious.

It's a phrase, user_field_title.<user_field_id>.
