I don't recommend @forumSolution as the user ignores potential clients.

You can try ThemeHouse. But other than DohTheme and Russ, there’s not much to choose from.

I've known him for a while, and he's never ever ignored me. Plus, there are loads of other people who always recommend him too.

I have always went with @DominicE but he's stopped working on themes.

When I hire someone, I leave them to it. Dominic was one that designed all our themes in the past, I never had to pin point any issues to him.

I hired DohTheme to fix an issue in my theme after I upgraded to the latest version of XenForo but he decided to download all my past custom themes. As for Russ - not a fan of his designs.
