I have version 1.2.0 installed.
The node icon shows only on default style not in custom style, and node icon show only on the master category and not in child category.
I tested it only with: Use File Uploaded

Version 1.2.1 works perfectly.
I set the background to transparent in extra. css and now it's perfect for me
This is the code u used

.node .forumNodeInfo .nodeIcon {
background-color: transparent !important;
}


.node .categoryForumNodeInfo .nodeIcon {
background-color: transparent !important;
}
 
On sites with multiple styles are you able to designate which style you want to use the custom icon on?

But are you able to specify which ones to use it on or does it change the icons on all styles at once? Some color combinations on styles may not work well.

Sites that have a pale theme and an opaque theme would need separate icons for each theme no one universal icon for all themes. Does the add on allow specify what icon is used on what theme?
 
Then it's not usable for anybody with multiple styles that differ in how light or dark they are. Hopefully its something that can be added in future; selecting the style you want the icons to be used for.
 
I can't seem to get this to work on child themes. Works great on all parent themes just will not show on child. Any suggestions?

Also with the latest update I can't get it to revert back to default

Actually have an issue this time lol.

Created a new node after installing new themes.

The field 'brcns_url_1' was not recognised. When trying to add custom node.

Rebuilt add-on, no help.

Suggestions?

Edit: Previous error was using URL

This Error when trying to upload icon.

Error
  • The field 'brcns_pixel_1' was not recognised.
  • The field 'brcns_icon_date_1' was not recognised.
  • The field 'brcns_select' was not recognised.
