XF 1.3 Custom Info During Registration

I would like to require additional info during registration. Employee number, name on paycheck, supervisors name, site location. I have no clue on how to do this. Can someone offer some help?
I can make the fields, but they do not show up on the reg form. I double checked that the option for it is ticked while filling out the custom fields. Is there perhaps another step that eludes me?
Yes for the first two, I didn't allow user editable. The info shouldn't be visible in their profile. It's just going to be used for me to verify identity if needed.
