XF 1.4 Custom Fields And Template Query

I have added two custom fields (NULL allowed). My query is:

Which template(s) do i have to edit and add what so that these two field display the label and value (only if not null) on the Users block on left that we see in each post. Would want to show below the Avatar after the default details.

So for example, in this post it would appear on below "Member" in my case on left.

Queries would need to be used - means if it's populated, use it.

Do you have any screenshots of where you are trying to place things?
