XF 1.5 Custom bbcode to require a css template

Is there a way to make a custom bb code require a specific css template?

Obviously it works to use extra.css, but i want to use a custom css template, e.g. the way I would use

<xen:require css="mytemplate.css" />

In a template

Create custom .css template and adding this into extra.css

No, I meant without extra.css, using a custom css template
