XF 1.5 Custom BBCode image not working

i created my first custom BBCode and set a valid image URL in the options, but the button is empty in the editor

You will need to ensure you have entered the correct details for the editor icon.

I did. I just double checked again, the URL is valid.

Weird, it's not working for me, i tested with Firefox and Chrome, with 3 different users, and the image is not displayed.

Browser caching or some sort of server related issue are the only explanations I can think of.

I just tried clearing browser cache, it didn't change anything. No idea what could be causing this on server side..

You're using a custom style that probably overrides the default icons. Contact your theme coder so he can fix this.
