Implemented Custom BB Codes - Support for opening tag only codes

It would be useful to see support for custom BB code types that only require an opening BB code.

For example, I have the following custom codes that only require the opening tag to operate:

(Neither of these would be possible, to my knowledge, using the tool available currently.)
