XF 2 Custom badge system / theme development (paid, of course)

Hello all,

We're a game studio based in the Netherlands. We run our own community.
We're looking for a developer for the following job (paid, of course).

We'd like to have our own custom badge system.
Users should be able to select which trophies to showcase on their profile/posts.
The available badges for each user must be periodically fetched from our custom web API.
We'd like to be able to style how the badges appear next to posts and in the user's profile.
The add-on should be self-contained and cleanly coded.

We're also looking for a Xenforo development/designer generalist to help us build a custom theme and some small 'quality of life' improvements.
