XF 1.5 css problems after memory spike

A forum I am running ended up having css issues after a memory spike. See here:

Any ideas?

I had my host provider restore from backup a few days ago, but the errors are still there.

Here is the error log. The host provider allocated more memory, and there are no more errors, but the site isn't running the same.

It's a fairly unusual issue.

Try rebuilding the master data.
