Not a bug css inheritance is different for links in 2.3

My hover state used to be this blue/grey color (4f4f4f) in 2.2. now, they hover as (almost) white (feffff) as they are losing the over-ride. This is not good as my background is also white.

I haven't changed any style settings since 2.2.

did we lose some specificity to the cascade?

There were some new style properties added for links in messages. Check your linkUgcColor and linkUgcHoverColor properties.

ahh, that makes sense then. yes, set to white. Will update it to the above hover color (text color dimmed) and all should be good.
