Have you tried an online table generator?

There are loads of them available and they're very easy to use.

    This one for example: http://www.quackit.com/html/html_table_generator.cfm

Otherwise tables are very simple to construct and consist of table, row and cell elements.
You can create classes for each of these elements which makes it much easier to work with and update the style.

You misunderstood me. I know how to construct HTML table, either by hand or using those generators.

What I mean is to use CSS completely to construct the tables.
