I think you should look for plugin with more advanced portal feature. Maybe something like this: https://xenforo.com/community/resources/xf2-8wr-xenporta-2-portal-pro.6023/
The one from my resources is very simple without any special additional features. Just showing posts in better way as articles on separate site

Well this is question for separate topic. This topic is for Cryptoforo theme and it's design
SEO features in Xenforo are good by default so probably any portal plugin build on that software should be ok. I'm not SEO specialist so I would recommend to ask other devs or even Xenforo support for more detailed answer in this matter.
