Creating New Style

If i create a new style in the admin section

is new theme files are created like css?

New templates are created and inherit from the master style (or the style's parent), yes.

Inherited means, same styles are just utilized from the master stylesheet. Or all the codes in the master stylesheet are copied to the new stylesheet that i create
