XF 1.4 Create New Forum From Template With Sticky Post(s)

We create a new forum for every workshop we hold. Each new forum has some boilerplate info inside; sticky posts, etc. Is there a way to create a template that I can use to create a new forum that will also populate n-number of sticky posts as well? I'm certainly open to using an add-on. Thanks!

It's not possible in the core and I'm not aware of an add-on.

You can use the copy post functionality though, which would be a workaround.

So, you would have to create the forum, and then copy the post into that forum? Thanks.
