XF 1.2 Create a profile field with your blogs RSS feed, in post

There was an old vb edit that would allow users to paste in their blog's RSS feed in their profile and it would show the latest blog post/link in the users post under their profile picture on the left.
Is this possible in xenforo using profile fields, and how would I go about adding that?

Without looking into it, I can almost guarantee it'll need an add-on. But even if you can do extra work on the custom field, you will need custom code to fetch the RSS.
