Not planned Cookies Notice

Please consider adding the cookies notice to an actual notice for easy editing, As far as I can tell to edit you have to edit phrases. If included as a notice then it would make for easy editing.

Also please consider adding an option in Home > Options > Basic Board Information for cookie option same as privacy statement and terms, Our site uses separate files for these rather than defaulting to the softwares Help.

Side note for privacy statement

Aslo as all sites that send emails should have a privacy statement in place, Maybe it would be good practice for XenForo to promt a board owner/operator which sends emails in XenForo but does not have a privacy statement in place or selected.

I've been meaning to do that for a while now and use Chris Deeming's Notifications for the job of handling that. Think that will be something I do tonight. Though just another alternative for others who feel the same and have this add-on installed.
