Fixed Cookie notice, Dismiss notice tooltip while clicking the Accept button.

Not sure the tooltip is even needed here. Accept > Dismiss notice just doesn't seem to jive well, although it does close the notice. Basically seems a little confusing is all.

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has now been resolved and we are aiming to include it in a future XF release (2.1.3).

Change log:

Remove superfluous tooltip from cookie notice approve button.

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.

Too me I'm having the same problem with the 2.2.3 version.

The cookie banner continue to appear by clicking on the sections that are in the top menu, if I'm not logged to the site (so as guest) and if I click on "Accept" redirect me to the dismiss notice.

Any solution to fix this?
