Lack of interest Converting reactions to votes should also work for "Question" type threads

Hey there,

similar to how you can convert reactions to votes for suggestion type threads, I'd like to suggest to be able to do the same with the replies to question type threads.

Thank you for the link, but I think I was being unclear. To clarify: I'd like to be able to convert existing reactions to votes (like you can do it with suggestion type threads in the admin cp):
