XF 2.0 Convert URLs to page titles

I have no idea what is going on but I just tried testing the 'Convert URLs to page titles' option and when I post a message with link, it convert its to page title but in another language (french by the looks of it). No idea why????



Edit: could this possibly be due to the server being hosted in france or something?

I have responded to your ticket - it is due to the server being in France and GeoIP.

Someone mentioned something about Cloudflare and was wondering if there is a solution through Cloudflare for this issue? As I am using CloudFlare after all.
