Conversion from phpBB 3.1.4

I am running a discussion board powered by phpBB 3.1.4. I want to switch to Xenforo 1.4.7.
There is no importer available here for phpBB 3.1. So, how can I migrate?

If the schema is different from phpBB 3.0 to 3.1, you would have to do a double import.

There isn't a date currently when one would be available.

For PHPBB 3.1, you can convert to MyBB using the MyBB Merge system and then convert to XenForo.
