Lack of interest Conversations: Usergroup can always be invited

Let's say we have a PC going on with up to the default 5 people for that grouped conversation.
Now they need to invite a member of Staff (any or all users from the Staff usergroup) to check it out and publish their event/idea/drive whatever officially.

I don't want for Staff to invite themselves, just to be allowed to be invited irrespective of the maximum invite limit.

Is this possible yet or can it be an idea for future development?

And now think about to star a conversation with the group "members" ...

If you like to offer a conversation with the whole team create a forum where a member is only avaliable to see his one threads and allow the team to see everything ...

Thanks for the idea there but I would be looking to do this without creating an extra hidden forum.
