Remove the ability for members to start conversations with other members, however still allow access to start and receive conversations with staff members.

for example

Staff to staff conversations (allowed)
Staff to member conversations (allowed)
member to staff conversations (allowed)
member to member conversations (not allowed)

Limit the reply for the registered usergroup to 0 and limit it for the staff usergroup to 9999?

Does it have the facility to let users have conversations with other users if admin allow that for certain users ?
