Fixed Control+Enter to post in bbcode view reloads the page

I can seem to replicate this behavior here. Also noticed on two of my installs on Beta 6. This was likely not happening on Beta 5 as I would have noticed!

In visual mode, reply is posted without refresh. In bbcode mode, the page reloads to show the new post.

Chrome Stable on Windows 10.

Seems to work as expected on Chrome based Vivaldi on Android so I am not sure what's going on here. Cleaned up cache on Windows Chrome and it reloads here. Firefox on Windows also reloads the page.

So, I have been avoiding bumping this thread hoping that it would get fixed eventually. Decided to post this after noticing that PWA bug was marked as fixed after it was mentioned yesterday. Also a lot of bugs are marked as fixed today so I imagine 2.3.1 is coming soon. Just hoping that this one would make it to it! I sort of face this issue pretty much all the time on my board as I prefer to post in BBCODE mode using markdown instead of visual mode so it has been annoying for the last couple of months. Thanks!

(PS. For some reason it does not seem to happen on Chrome Android but I just tested it here on Chrome Windows and it is definitely happening on desktops)
