XF 2.3 "Contact Us" Not Sending Emails

So I'm not receiving any emails from the "Contact Us" link. ACP>Tools>Test outbound email are fine, as are confirmation emails for new members. All mail other than "Contact Us" works as it should. I'm using Twilio/Sendgrid for my transactional emails and everything is definitely set up properly. Any idea what the problem could be?
 
Okay, I figured it out with the help of ChatGPT. Apparently, Sendgrid had suppressed all emails from my domain for some reason. I deleted the suppression rule and all is well. But that still doesn't explain why it was only the "Contact Us" emails that were affected...
