I 'm having some issues with my email server that is causing a lot of email notifications sent to my members to not get delivered (and bounce). Consequently, I'm having a rough time with legit members having their accounts disabled. I've adjusted settings on that, but members were telling me (through various grapevines) that they couldn't send me an email with the contact us page/form because they were still logged in to the forum and their account was disabled [email invalid (bounced)]. I thought the contact form was supposed to work for everyone. Is there a setting somewhere that I can adjust for my members can reach me when there is an issue with their account?
