XF 2.2 Contact form for banned users

Hello!

I noticed that blocked users do not have access to the form at /misc/contact.
Could you please let me know how to fix this? I might have blocked it and can't find where to remove the restriction.

If that is the case all they need do is log out before using it surely?

The logout button is missing for blocked users.

I was mistaken. The "Logout" button exists, but it is only available on the main page of the website.
If users open a page other than the main one, it is not there.

And I need to describe the following steps:
1. Go to the main page.
2. Click "Logout."
3. In the opened window, click "Contact Administration."

It’s not ideal.
Moreover, this message will be displayed many times, both on the static pages of the website and as a popup menu.
