XF 2.1 Connected accounts - How to set up Twitch, Facebook and Twitter?

If I want to allow for my users to connect their twitch, twitter or facebook accounts, or allow for them to register with these accounts, what do I need to do to set this up properly so it works?

I have applications made on all of them, but i'm not sure what i need to put in on the app's end to get it to function properly? Any help would be appreciated!

Most importantly is Twitch, a step by step process to get this working would be great!
