XF 2.0 configuration things

Hey there, im new into xenforo and i have some questions, let's say for example i want to create some variables and edit them from the xenforo panel, how can i do that, i need to create an addon or what? for example

i want to create a variable named {{ server_ip }} then to be able to use it and change the value directly from xenforo panel
