When you click on a IP address then this links to a new page with an IP trace. Often this provides more information than needed and misses the tools and additional information to deal with the situation.

For example: When a new user registers with the IP address of a banned member then this account can be automatically moderated. This will display the account and the IP address. There is no hotlink to the duplicate account. The IP address link misses the tools to deal with it. The staff member needs get the basics from the IP trace, then open the accounts, find if there are more accounts involved. Then go to banned IPs or discouraged IPs and enter the IP. Possibly merge or ban accounts.

Basically the staff member needs to go all-over the place to complete a task that could be done from one page if the right information is available.

It would be useful if clicking the IP address would bring up a modal with the information that the staff member needs:
The basics from the IP trace:
  1. Is the IP static or dynamic?
  2. What is the host?
  3. What is the IP location and does it match with the location profile field?
  4. What other members have used the IP?
  5. What other members have shared IPs with this member?
  6. Is the IP on a blacklist?
  7. Link to full IP trace.
Tools for the staff member to deal with it:
  1. Ban IP for X days, for Y reason.
  2. Discourage IP for X days, for Y reason..
  3. Ignore IP.
  4. Spam Clean.
  5. Merge Accounts.
  6. Ban Accounts.
  7. Warn.
Having such functionality would not only be very useful for staff using stock XF, but it would also give addon developers a central place to display duplicate account and spam information.
