Is there anywhere that i can find a reference to what each color references to.

Not explicitly as colors can be used for different things in different cases. You'd mostly just change your colors from more "subtle" (light) to more "bold" (dark) to maintain the expected contrast levels. You can then go into specific areas to adjust the colors there.

That is presumably part of your style (it's not the default), so you'll need to contact the style author.
