Lack of interest Code - Select All

Can't seem to find an addon to do this either. Would love it to be default with the codes like these:

AWESOME CODE HERE!

That they have a select all feature so you can quickly copy it. Also, it'd be helpful if they are stripped of formatting when copied when replying to the thread so it doesn't appear in a monotype.

I liked the idea, but I don't know anything about javascript. I managed to get it working, but I borrowed some javascript from phpBB, not sure how popular that is (I am pretty sure this is GPL though).

It only requires one template edit though.
