My forum doesn't have a theme yet, and I really liked yours—my forum is new.
I wanted to know if it's possible to add a background banner; I already have one.

I need this theme to be updated every year; I want it to be the number one forum theme.

You can indeed upload a logo, it will replace the current Cobalt text. The banner behind with your tech stuff is something you cannot integrate with Cobalt. You could however make a square image with the tech stuff, and put your logo on it in one image and then upload it to have the best of both worlds.

Actually come to think of it, you could just use an image and put this in extra less:

.cobalt-header {
background-image: url("path/to/image.jpg");
background-size: cover;
background-position: center;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
}

Some fine tuning will be needed, but that's the best way to have your tech background.
