    Steps to reproduce:

I ran the spam cleaner on a new member to check their IP address.
A match came back for an existing member.
I clicked on that member's name in the Spam Cleaner IP Address Check overlay and the following error was thrown:

I have since discovered that this error is thrown whenever an attempt is made to view a profile.

So I've moved it out of bug reports and into general troubleshooting as it seems to be a problem with my installation only.

And now it seems to be working again.

Something a bit odd is going on and I can't seem to identify the cause at the moment.

That looks like a server problem. Errcode 17 means "file exists."

I did some searching and found two fixes for that error:

    1) Empty the /tmp directory on the server.

    2) Restart the server.

    Thanks guys.

Yeah, looks like it was a temporary server issue.
I suspect /tmp was full as now it's only 3% so it was probably a rogue script on another domain which filled it very quickly.

One of these days I'll get that VPS...;)
