XF 2.2 Clicking on a linked image should open a website, not the image

In February I posted my question but it remained without a solution.

Clicking on a linked image should open the website it is linked to, not the image again. What am I missing? How can I fix this?

I'm sorry Brogan, but what do I do with this information? Do I instruct all members to create this BB code each time, or shouldn't this be automatic? Or is there a SETTING I need to adjust somewhere? It would help if you give clear instructions, as this never used to happen before.

And right now it has been reported as a BUG. Good. I'll be waiting for feedback.
