Add-on Clickable Link even with [Code] BBCode or Replace [Code] with [Quote]

Hi,

I'm trying to find a way to make the [ Code ] [ /Code ] to create click-able links or if it's easier a way to have [ Code ] [ /Code ] execute the same way [ Quote ] [ /Quote ] would be executed.

Is anyone able to help me with this or point me to the right direction where I would be able to do this?
Even if I have to edit the core codes, i'm fine with that, but I'm not even sure where to even start looking.
