XF 1.1 Clearing moderation and approval queues after migration

Hey Guys 'n' Gals,

I've just migrated a vB 3.7 site to XF, and have about 1,000 posts and 500 or so users in the moderation / approval queues. There doesn't seem to be a front end 'batch' mode to clear them.

What would be the safest way to clear those queues, applying a deny to all of them?

Any suggestions for the users?

I don't seem to be able to match up the number it tells me are waiting approval, no doubt orphaned accounts imported from a 7 year old vBulletin site, against the obvious fields in xf_user, like user_state and is_banned, and there doesn't seem to be any 'xf_moderation_queue' equivalent for the user approvals.

I just need to deny all those 466 "Users Waiting Approval".
