I am looking for styles that are compatible for 1.1, for XenForo of course :) 2011 is coming to an end and my forums need to look christmas-y

I found this one so far, it is ok
https://www.rostyles.com/forum/icart.php?do=product&productid=18

And I read that the good guys at Xenique would be working on a christmas style
http://www.xenique.com/forums/index.php?threads/christmas-theme.235/
But I don't really feel like waiting ..

So, please recommend any styles compatible with 1.1. Free or paid
Xenique (Kim and I) will be starting our Christmas styles within the next week, so there shouldn't be much of a wait.

Don't forget to use those nifty "snow" helpers for the skins!

I wonder if they work with 1.1 o_O

They'll work with any version where the helper spans are present included by the devs. Though there are other ways of introducing snow and other decor without using the helper spans.

Just so you know we've started working on the Christmas Club style today.

I personally wouldn't go all out on a Christmas skin, as that'd seem a bit over the top.

However, I found that a changing the logo, adding snow on top of the navigation, and adding a falling snow script did the job.

That's the way quite a few people are turning to and you can certainly give your style a really nice xmas feel with minimal work required. Many examples I posted in this thread to give your style a more christmassy feel. Or by following as seen in your screenshot using helper span in the navbar for the snow effect.

Turns out it wasn't the framework after all, it was the default XF "min-width" causing a problem.

Should be fine now at 1024x

Thanks David! :D
