XF 2.1 Chinese font error after import Vbulletin 4.2 to xenforo 2.1.2

After I made my forum conversion from vbulletin version 4.2 via xenforo (2.1.2) using Xenforo Importer 2.1.3 (Latest)

Most articles in Chinese language have an unreadable font error (circled in blue). While, some of them can still be displayed normally (circled in red)


I want to know why so?
